踏入V-S排球俱乐部的那一刻，我未曾想到这段经历会如此彻底地重塑我对运动与自我的认知。从零基础到逐渐掌握专业技巧，每一次挥臂扣杀、每一次鱼跃救球，都在教练细致入微的指导下变得精准而有力。最初连发球都难以过网的我，如今已能熟练运用跳飘发球扰乱对手节奏；曾经对防守站位一头雾水，现在却能迅速响应“心形防守阵型”的战术指令。技术手册上的理论知识，在实战训练中化作了肌肉记忆，而队友们毫无保留的经验分享，让我明白了“以赛代练”的真正价值。

俱乐部更是一所教会我直面挑战的学校。体能训练的极限突破、模拟赛中比分落后的绝地反击，这些看似艰苦的瞬间，反而让我收获了比技术更重要的品质——专注力与抗挫折能力。记得第一次在正式比赛中替补登场时，手心沁满冷汗的紧张感，如今已转化为关键时刻敢打敢拼的自信。教练常说“球场如镜，照见内心”，我逐渐学会在失误后快速调整心态，在胜利时保持清醒，这种成长早已超越排球本身。

感谢V-S，不仅让我从一个懵懂的爱好者蜕变为真正的运动员，更教会我如何用拼搏定义青春。未来，无论球场内外，这份永不言弃的精神都将成为我人生的底色。

 

At the moment I stepped into V-S Volleyball Club, I never imagined that this experience would completely reshape my understanding of sports and myself. From scratch to gradually mastering professional skills, every swing and spike, every jump and save, all become precise and powerful under the meticulous guidance of the coach. At first, I found it difficult to even serve over the net, but now I am proficient in using jump and float serve to disrupt the opponent's rhythm; I used to be confused about defensive positioning, but now I can quickly respond to tactical instructions for the "heart-shaped defensive formation". The theoretical knowledge in the technical manual has been transformed into muscle memory in practical training, and my teammates' unreserved experience sharing has made me understand the true value of "using competition instead of training".

The club is also a school that taught me to face challenges head-on. The extreme breakthroughs in physical training and the desperate counterattacks in simulated matches, which may seem difficult, actually gave me qualities that are more important than technique - concentration and resilience. I remember the nervousness that filled my palms with cold sweat when I first came on as a substitute in a formal match, but now it has transformed into the confidence to dare to play and fight at critical moments. The coach often says, 'The court is like a mirror, reflecting the heart.' Gradually, I learned to quickly adjust my mentality after mistakes and maintain clarity when winning. This growth has already surpassed volleyball itself.

Thanks to V-S, not only did it transform me from a naive enthusiast to a true athlete, but it also taught me how to define youth through hard work. In the future, whether on or off the field, this indomitable spirit will become the foundation of my life.
